Our Burgers

This one is more than just a burger – it’s a symbol of strength and love. Created by Chef Guto, it was born as a tribute to our son, Benjamin, whom we almost lost due to a medical mistake. Through him, we find the courage every day to keep going, keep growing, and keep bringing our best. The Benji Burger stands for resilience, unity, and the certainty that love conquers any challenge.

Inspired by the American classic, the Smash Burger is here to prove that the simple things are sometimes the most surprising.

This burger brings more than just flavour. It carries our roots, our essence, and the strength of our community.
We created the Favela Burger as a tribute to Buraco do Tatu, the place where it all began – and to show that inside the favelas, there’s more than struggle. There are incredible stories, massive talents, and dreams that deserve the world.

Because if you’re from where we’re from, you know what really matters is never forgetting where you came from.

The PJ Burger was created in honour of a close friend of Chef Guto – someone who’s been through tough times but chose to chase his dreams.
He’s always been there for BDT, cheering us on, sending messages of support, and showing us that what really matters is heart and humbleness. This burger is proof that it’s never too late to start again and do things differently.
